Our Domestic Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase for all orders except swimwear, sports bras, health & beauty items, mystery box/bag bundles, and clearance items . All outbound and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was received - unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging (if included), and with all tags still intact (including security tags on jewelry as well as all original tags for New with Tags items).
If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then

We want to offer the best returns experience possible to all of our customers, but sometimes that can lead to abuse. If you’re reading this, we’re probably not talking about you. We will, however, inspect all items for tampering and reserve the right to refuse returns on orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

How much do returns cost?
We do not charge a restocking fee, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is for an incorrect or damaged item.
How do I start a return?
To make a return, please visit our website and simply enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase to initiate the return.
Where can I find my shipping label?
Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.
Can I drop my return off at the UPS store?
Yes, you can! After entering your email address and order information, choose the option to drop off your return at your local UPS store. Once you confirm your return, you will receive your QR code directly to your mobile phone.
Present your QR code along with your item at The UPS Store. They will scan it, create your pre-paid label, and take it from there.
What items are final sale?
Books, swimwear, undergarments, health & beauty items, software, video games, bundles, clearance items and individually marked items are all final sale and not eligible for returns.
