RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
- Within 03 days of receiving the product.
- Product is new, unwashed, unused, has no strange smell, and still has tags.
- Product defect due to manufacturer.
- The product the customer received is not of the correct quantity, size, style, etc. as ordered by the customer.
- When receiving the goods, please record a video to receive support for exchanging the goods. The shop will only process orders when there is a video.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- More than 03 days from receiving the product.

- The shop does not accept to resolve problems and exchange products with pictures, only accepts to resolve orders with videos when opening the package.

PRESERVE:
- Hand washing is recommended, using mild detergent.

- Use a steam iron to iron at low temperature. For shirts with collars, do not iron the collar.
- Some designer shirts have ink stains that will disappear when washed and ironed.
