RETURN POLICY
1. Return period (each order can only be exchanged once)
+ For clothing and accessories, the exchange period is within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product.
2. Return conditions
+ Products must have invoice (for orders purchased directly at the store), intact tags, and unused condition.
+ The exchanged product must have the same or higher value than the product being poured (Customer will compensate the difference for the higher priced product, the difference will not be refunded for the exchanged product with a lower price)
+ For Sale products,
- Products with sale price < 30%: if customers want to change to another product, the new product will be applied the official price at the time of change. If there is a price difference, please pay the difference and any shipping fees incurred.
- Products with sale level ≥ 30%: no return policy (except for product defects, delivery errors)
