- For T-shirt products (T-shirts, Polo...), products with printed images: 6 months
- For jacket products (Varsity Jacket, Coach Jacket...), accessory products (Backpack, Crossbody Bag, Slides, Sneakers...): 3 months
- This warranty policy applies to products with manufacturer defects such as: discolored products, peeling prints, discolored prints, missing prints, zipper defects, drawstring defects.
● Return Policy for purchased products
1. Unbox the product and record a detailed video.
2. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us immediately to resolve the return or exchange. (Within 15 days)
Note: Regulations for exchanged products:
- No signs of dirt, strange odors or signs of use.
- With invoice or purchase confirmation.
- Comes with full paper tags and fabric labels attached to the product.
