WARRANTY POLICY | RETURN
HADES currently applies the following warranty and return policy:
- Within 03 days from the date of receipt, HADES supports you to change size, but does not accept color/product exchange.
- Returned products must be new, unused, unwashed, with original labels, tags and accompanying invoice.
- All products are only accepted for exchange once.

- Products included in promotional and discount programs will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Exchange in case of manufacturer defect or wrong delivery within 1 month.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Hand washing with warm water at moderate temperature is recommended to maintain fabric quality and product shape or dry cleaning for products with special materials.
- Do not use bleach, bleach, or detergent containing strong detergents.
- Do not wring, crumple, twist or soak the product.
- Gently wash products with embellishments.
- Do not wash white products with other colored products to avoid color bleeding.
- Keep the habit of using fabric softener to protect the fabric fibers and avoid fraying due to washing powder.
- Dry the product in cool places and limit direct exposure to sunlight.
- Use a steam iron at low temperature, do not iron directly on stone accessories to avoid oxidation, iron the reverse side of the product.
