Return/Exchange Conditions + The product must have the original receipt (for in-store purchases), intact tags, and be in unused condition. + The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original product (Customers will pay the difference for higher-priced items; no refunds for lower-priced items). + For Sale products: - Products with a discount rate < 30%: If the customer wishes to exchange for another product, the new product will be charged at its official price at the time of exchange. Any price difference and incurred shipping fees must be paid. - Products with a discount rate ≥ 30%: Not eligible for return or exchange (except for product defects or delivery errors). NOTE: For orders with defective or missing items, please record an unboxing video as proof for Bad to verify. WARRANTY POLICY - Print warranty for 6 months against peeling, cracking, color fading, etc. - Warranty does not apply to cases such as: improper care; product damage due to external impact; used products that are dirty and have been repaired by the user; products past their warranty period, etc.
