RETURN POLICY
1. Return period (each order can only be exchanged once)
+ For clothing and accessories, the exchange period is within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product.

+ The product must still have the bill (for orders purchased directly at the store), the tag must be intact, and the product must be in unused condition.
+ The exchanged product must have the same or higher value than the product being poured (Customer will pay the difference for the higher priced product, the difference will not be refunded for the exchanged product with a lower price)

- Products with sale price < 30%: if customers want to change to another product, the new product will be applied the official price at the time of change. If there is a price difference, please pay the difference and any shipping fees incurred.
