1. Conditions for product exchange
- For clothing products, the exchange period is within 7 days from the date the customer receives the package.
- For accessory products (backpacks, sandals, hats,...), the exchange period is within 30 days from the date the customer receives the package.
- Exchange applies to all products and the exchanged product must have the original label and be in unused condition.
- In case the product tag is cut off, within 1 day from the date of receiving the package, please send us feedback for resolution. After 1 day, we will not process returns.
- The exchanged product must have the same or higher value than the exchanged product. Please pay the difference in product value if any.
- In case of refunding the order value, we will refund within 48 working hours after receiving your request.
- Applicable for 01 exchange/ 01 order.
- Applicable to orders across the Levents® system (Website, FB & IG, E-commerce & stores).

- Please send us a clip of your returned packaging, our consultant will confirm and proceed to create a return order for you.
2. How to record unboxing video:
- Clear clip from the scene of checking the package surface, opening to checking the goods.
- Clip not cut, not edited.
- Clip clearly showing information on the parcel: Recipient's name, order code, address, phone number.
