Size 3: Height from 1m70 - 1m77, weight under 80kg

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Conditions of exchange
- For clothing products, the exchange period is within 7 days from the date the customer receives the parcel.
- For accessory products (backpacks, sandals, hats,...), exchange time is within 30 days from the date the customer receives the parcel.
- Exchanges apply to all products and exchanged products must have original labels and in unused condition.
- In case the product tag has been removed, within 1 day of receiving the parcel, please send feedback to us for resolution. After the 1 day time limit, we will not process returns.
- The exchanged product must have equal or higher value than the exchanged product. Please pay for the difference in product value, if any.
- In case of refunding the order value, we will refund within 48 working hours after receiving your request.
- Apply 01 exchange/ 01 order.
- Applicable to orders throughout Levents® system (Website, FB & IG, e-commerce & stores).

- Please send us a clip of your return packaging, the consultant will confirm and process the return form for you.

- Clear clip from checking the package surface, from opening to checking the goods.
- Clip is not cropped or edited.
- Clip clearly records information on the parcel: Recipient name, order code, address, phone number.
