WARRANTY AND PRODUCT RETURN REGULATIONS:
Warranty: Within 10 days from receipt of goods
- For full price goods: Apply 1 for 1 exchange or free repair, please exchange for a product of equal or higher value and released before the time of purchase.
- For sale/outlet goods: Only size exchange is supported.
- Condition: Product has not been used and still has original stamps, tags, and coupons.
Returns
- Applies to both full price and sale items.
- Commitment to support returns and refunds according to Shopee regulations.
- Conditions: shop sent wrong/missing products, products with technical errors (Case: dirty dress, material error, seam error).
